Hotel Component definition

Hotel Component means that portion of the Property devoted to the operation of a hotel and related facilities, excluding the Casino Component, but including (without limitation) (i) all guest rooms and suites, hotel amenities, restaurants, conference centers, meeting, banquet and other public rooms, spa, parking spaces and other facilities of the hotel portion of the Property, (ii) the TPA Component, and (iii) the Utility Component, all of the foregoing being located on the Hotel Component Premises; provided, however, the “Hotel Component” shall not include anything related to the Timeshare Project.

Hotel Component means the Developer Improvement consisting of an upscale hotel with approximately 150 to 250 rooms available to the public.

Hotel Component has the meaning specified in the Redevelopment Agreement.

Examples of Hotel Component in a sentence

• In addition, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, for purposes of determining the amount of any required FF&E Reserve Fund deposits (and for purposes of calculating such amount, monthly, based on the formula set forth in the first sentence of this Section 7.3.1), Revenues shall include Revenue from the Hotel Component and the Casino Component but shall not include non-Hotel or Casino related Revenues (e.g., Rents from retail tenants).

• The lack of sufficient detail related to such costs, along with the lack of pad size dedicated to the Mixed-Use Component and Hotel Component precludes netting out such costs but should be recognized as duplicative on some level in the end.

More Definitions of Hotel Component

Hotel Component means the 36--room hotel unit comprising a portion of the Improvements, which hotel component shall include an approximately 11,125 square foot spa, and approximately 11,673 square feet of meeting space and a restaurant.

Hotel Component means the approximately 48,047 square foot hotel with approximately 110 rooms.

Hotel Component means the approximately 48,047 square foot hotel with approximately 110 rooms to be constructed on the south side of the Redevelopment Property as part of the Minimum Improvements.

Hotel Component shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.2.
