Hotel Employees definition

Hotel Employees means the persons employed by Seller or Hotel Manager to operate the Hotel or work at the Hotel for all other purposes.
Hotel Employees means all employees of Manager employed at the Hotel.
Hotel Employees means the on-site staff of the Hotel.

  • The Operating Account shall be a segregated account and at all times shall be in Lessee’s name; provided that Hotel Employees designated by Operator from time to time which shall be bonded or otherwise insured shall be authorized signatories of such account, as shall be representatives of Lessee.

Hotel Employees means all full-time, part-time or temporary employees of Seller and/or the Employer Corporation (but not employees of Manager or any of its affiliates) who are employed by Seller and/or the Employer Corporation exclusively at or in connection with the Hotel as of the Closing Date and who are listed on SCHEDULE 1.1.6 annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
Hotel Employees means all employees of Manager or any Affiliate thereof employed at the Property.
Hotel Employees means all employees of Seller, Operating Lessee, Manager or any Affiliate thereof employed at the Property.
Hotel Employees as defined in Section 4.12.
Hotel Employees means all employees who are employed by Existing Members or their affiliates at or solely in connection with the Hotel immediately before the Effective Date (whether such employees are actively employed or on a leave of absence due to disability or any other reason).
