Hotel Employees means all those persons currently employed at any Hotels (whether employed by a Seller, Manager or any Affiliate of any Seller or Manager).

• Owner may at any time consult or communicate with Manager regarding any of the Hotel Employees, but will not interfere in the day-to-day activities of Hotel Employees.

Hotel Employees means the employees of Owner or any Affiliate of Owner working at the Hotel.
