Hotel Project definition

Hotel Project means the design, development and construction in accordance with the Construction Contract and the Diamond Construction Contract of a luxury hotel resort, retail and entertainment complex on land leased to the Company under the Land Concession Contract and the ownership, operation and maintenance thereof by the Company but shall not include the design, development, construction, ownership, operation or maintenance by the Company of a casino pursuant to the Concession Contract nor the purchase of any associated gaming equipment or utensils.

Hotel Project means that component of the Private Improvements that may consist of 27 the design, development, construction, completion and operation of those buildings, structures, facilities 28 and other improvements to be constructed and installed on a Parcel to be used as a hotel and uses 29 appurtenant thereto.

Hotel Project means a Development Project within which a building proposed to be constructed is either a Hotel or a residential or mixed-use building being developed in conjunction with a Hotel that will share common area and amenities with the Hotel. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a Development Project includes multiple buildings, one of which is a Hotel, and one or more other buildings in the Development Project do not share common area or amenities with the Hotel and are not otherwise affiliated with the Hotel, such other building(s) shall be considered a separate Development Project for purposes of this RMA and shall be categorized as a Low-Rise Project, Mid-Rise Project, Tower Project, or Townhome Project based on the definitions set forth herein. If a Hotel Project is constructed on a Parcel that is owned by TIDA, such Parcel shall be treated as a Hotel Project, not Public Property, for purposes of this RMA.

Examples of Hotel Project in a sentence

  • In return for the Loan and the Incentive Credits to be provided by the Authority under this Agreement, the Company agrees as follows: The Company shall construct and obtain a certificate of occupancy for the Hotel Project by January 1, 2024.
