Tower Project definition

Tower Project means that certain “New Atlantic City Tower Project” more fully described in (a) the Site, Design and Floor Plans, dated October 5, 2005, and prepared by Xxxx Xxxxxxxx Design Group, and (b) Xxxxxx’x Hotel/Podium/Garage Expansion: Summary of Project Costs, each delivered to Lender. The Tower Project will include a podium (of approximately 175,000 square feet) connecting the current Bayview Tower to a new approximately nine hundred (900) room tower to be built. The Tower Project will not be funded with the proceeds of the Loan (but will be funded by Mortgage Borrower or Operating Company, including with capital contributions).
Tower Project means a Development Project within which the highest residential or mixed- use building that includes Residential Units proposed for development has a Building Height greater than 150 feet. All Residential Units within a Tower Project, regardless of the height of each individual building within the Development Project, will be categorized as Candlestick Point Tower Units or Shipyard Tower Units for purposes of this RMA. For example, if a Development Project proposes three buildings that are 160 feet, 90 feet, and 40 feet, respectively, all Residential Units within all three buildings will be categorized as Candlestick Point Tower Units or Shipyard Tower Units.
Tower Project means a Development Project within which the highest residential or mixed- use building with Residential Units, not including Rental Residential Buildings, has or, based on the Building Permit, will have a Building Height that is greater than 125 feet. All For-Sale Units within a Tower Project, regardless of the height of each individual building within the Development Project, will be categorized as Tower Units for purposes of this RMA. For example, if a Development Project proposes three buildings that are 140 feet, 90 feet, and 40 feet, respectively, all For-Sale Units within all three buildings will be categorized as Tower Units.

Tower Project means the Property and all work performed by or on behalf of Seller to develop a geological model for the Property including all technical reports, internal memos, economic modelling and analytical work, including ore sorting and metallurgy, permitting and consultation to develop a mine plan and a draft assessment report for the Property;
Tower Project means the exploration and development project relating to the Tower Property.
