House Guest definition

House Guest. – shall mean any person that is temporarily residing as a guest in a Property Owner’s or Registered Renter’s home overnight for one night or longer. A House Guest may not be a resident of Flagler County, Florida.
House Guest means a person other than a licensee’s domestic servant or a member of a licensee’s family who is visiting the licensee and is being temporarily accommodated in the licensee’s quarters.
House Guest means any person specifically invited by the owner or a member of the owner's household to visit at the owner's home whether for dinner, or to a party, for conversation or any other similar purposes including for recreation, and includes playmates of the owner's minor children.

  • House Guest Individual Passes may be purchased for a fee of $35 per pass.

  • A House Guest Family Pass is for up to 4 people and may be purchased for a fee of $120 per pass.

  • Patrons must have their FIP Photo ID, Tennis Membership ID, Nanny Pass, and/or House Guest Pass with them while on any District property.

  • A Splash Pass or House Guest Pass will also be required for that older Guest should they not be a Patron.
