Bulk Materials a. Do not dump or store bulk materials near structures, utilities, walkways and pavements, or on existing areas of plants.
Bulk Materials. If Contractor is requested to provide bulk materials or equipment as part of its Work, Owner and Contractor shall negotiate a mutually acceptable fee to cover Contractor’s overhead and profit commensurate with the work requested. Bulk Materials. Under the Refuse Cart system, the Contractor shall provide collection services for items which are too large to fit into an approved Refuse Container, and cannot be handled by one individual in the conventional form of collection. The Contractor shall make the final decision as to the determination of Bulk Materials. The Contractor shall collect payment from the resident for this service at the rate quoted in this Contract.
Bulk Materials. The Contractor shall pick-up Bulk Materials at a fee of $20.00 per pick-up. This fee shall be in effect throughout the term of this Contract. Bagster collections shall be per the applicable rate at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.
Bulk Materials. The Contractor shall provide collection services, at no additional cost, for items that are too large to fit into an approved refuse container. Examples shall include, but not limited to: crates, barrels, small chairs, sofas, tables, box springs, carpet and padding, and large appliances which do not contain CFC or HCFC refrigerant gases, PCB containing capacitors, mercury switches, or other hazardous components. Electronic items including televisions and computers that are banned from landfills do not qualify as bulk materials.
