HPE Supplier means an individual, corporation, other business entity or separately operated business unit of an entity that regularly provides goods or services to the Company or its subsidiaries, including without limitation any original equipment manufacturer, original design manufacturer or subcontractor. “Confidential Information” has the meaning provided for in the Team Member’s ARCIPD.
