HPTE Board definition

HPTE Board means the High Performance Transportation Enterprise Board created pursuant to § 43-4-806(2)(a)(I), C.R.S.
HPTE Board means the Board of Directors of the High Performance Transportation Enterprise pursuant to § 43-4-806(2)(a), C.R.S., which shall be a type 1 board as defined in § 24- 1-105, C.R.S., and shall include three members of the Transportation Commission appointed by resolution of the Commission.
