HMIS means the Homeless Management Information System, which is a client-level data collection and management system implemented at the community level that allows for better coordination among agencies providing services to clients.
NHS means the National Health Service;
DTS means Days to Settlement, i.e., the number of actual days elapsed from and including the original Closing Day with respect to such Accepted Note (in the case of the first such payment with respect to such Accepted Note) or from and including the date of the next preceding payment (in the case of any subsequent delayed delivery fee payment with respect to such Accepted Note) to but excluding the date of such payment; and "PA" means Principal Amount, i.e., the principal amount of the Accepted Note for which such calculation is being made. In no case shall the Delayed Delivery Fee be less than zero. Nothing contained herein shall obligate any Purchaser to purchase any Accepted Note on any day other than the Closing Day for such Accepted Note, as the same may be rescheduled from time to time in compliance with paragraph 2B(7).
Intel shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
ESI means any and all computer data or electronic recorded media of any kind, including “Native Files”, that are stored in any medium from which it can be retrieved and examined, either directly or after translation into a reasonably useable form. ESI may include information and/or documentation stored in various software programs such as: Email, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SQL databases, or any other software or electronic communication programs or databases that the CONSULTANT may use in the performance of its operations. ESI may be located on network servers, backup tapes, smart phones, thumb drives, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, work computers, cell phones, laptops or any other electronic device that CONSULTANT uses in the performance of its Work or SERVICES hereunder, including any personal devices used by the CONSULTANT or any sub-consultant at home. “Native files” are a subset of ESI and refer to the electronic format of the application in which such ESI is normally created, viewed, and /or modified. The CONSULTANT shall include this section XX “Records Maintenance” in every subcontract it enters into in relation to this AGREEMENT and bind the sub-consultant to its terms, unless expressly agreed to otherwise in writing by the AGENCY prior to the execution of such subcontract. CTI means CTI Logistics Limited (ABN 69 008 778 925) and/or any Affiliate of CTI Logistics Limited as the case may be, which performs all or any of the Services.
GMS means ARENA’s grant management system;
NPS means nominal pipe size.
PBS means the Pharmeceutical Benefits Schedule (PBS) that is a list of all the medicines that receive a government subsidy.
CRM means Customer Relationship Management.
Apple means Apple Inc., a California corporation with its principal place of business at Xxx Xxxxx Xxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000, U.S.A.
SBI means State Bank of India (Client) having its Corporate Centre at Madame Cama Road, Nariman Point, Mumbai- 400 021 and its representative Local Head Offices/Administrative Offices/Regional Business Offices/Branches at various places across India and includes the client’s representatives, successors and assigns.
KENAS wherever appearing means the Kenya National Accreditation Service or its successor(s) and assign(s) where the context so admits
WGS means the Whole Game System and the procedures for the operation thereof as determined by The FA from time to time.
SAIC means the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the PRC and/or its regional and local counterparts.
ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.
Acquirer means a business organization, financial institution, or an agent of a business organization or financial institution that has authority from an organization that operates or licenses a credit card system to authorize merchants to accept, transmit, or process payment by credit card through the credit card system for money, goods or services, or anything else of value.
Honeywell “we”, “us” or “our” means Honeywell International Inc. or Affiliate(s) who execute or assent to the Order Form. “You” or “your” means collectively the other entities executing or assenting to the Order Form. “Affiliate” means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, another entity. An entity “controls” another if it owns directly or indirectly a sufficient voting interest to elect a majority of the directors or managing authority or otherwise direct the affairs or management of the entity.
MTS means the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System, a public agency created pursuant to Public Utilities Code Section 120050 et seq.
EPIC means the estates and protected individuals code, 1998 PA 386, MCL 700.1101 to 700.8206.
SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.
