HSAC Warrant definition

HSAC Warrant means one redeemable warrant exercisable for one-half of an HSAC Share, at a price of $11.50 per whole HSAC Share.
HSAC Warrant means the securities purchase warrant in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A granted to Road Runner under Section 9 hereof.
