Hybrid voting system means an electronic or electromechanical device by which a voter with disabilities interacts with an electronic visual display to produce a paper output that contains the contest titles and the voter’s selections, and may also contain, but not be limited to, a barcode or other machine-readable optical label containing the voter’s selections.
