IBM Programs definition

IBM Programs means the IBM 3rd Party Software specified on the Order Form, which are owned by IBM or an IBM supplier, and are copyrighted and licensed, not sold.

  • Warranties, if any, for Other IBM Programs and Non-IBM Programs may be found in their license agreements.

Related to IBM Programs

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement.
