Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.
Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;
LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;
Triage facility means a short-term facility or a portion
Public facility means 1 or more of the following:
Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.
On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
Onshore facility means any facility any part of which is located in, on, or under any land of the state, other than submerged land, that because of its location, could reasonably be expected to cause substantial harm to the environment by discharging oil into or on the navigable waters of the state or the adjoining shorelines.
Replacement Facility means 1 of the following:
Holding facility means a designated area for the retention of
generation facility means a facility for generating electricity or providing ancillary services, other than ancillary services provided by a transmitter or distributor through the operation of a transmission or distribution system, and includes any structures, equipment or other things used for that purpose;
Facility Site means the site described in Schedule B. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
port facility means any publicly or privately owned facility located within this State through which cargo is transported by way of a waterborne ship or vehicle to or from destinations outside this State and which handles cargo owned by third parties in addition to cargo owned by the port facility’s owner.
Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
Support Facility means any liquidity or credit support agreement with a CP Conduit which relates to this Agreement (including any agreement to purchase an assignment of or participation in Class B Notes).
Test Facility means any WRAS suitably accredited test laboratory;
L/C Facility means the letter of credit facility established pursuant to Article III.
Port facilities means those facilities owned by the port authority such as: seawall jetties; piers; wharves; docks; boat landings; marinas; warehouses; storehouses; elevators; grain bins; cold storage plants; terminal icing plants; bunkers; oil tanks; ferries; canals; locks; bridges; tunnels; seaways; conveyors; modern appliances for the economical handling, storage, and transportation of freight and handling of passenger traffic; transfer and terminal facilities required for the efficient operation and development of ports and harbors; other harbor improvements; or improvements, enlargements, remodeling, or extensions of any of these buildings or structures.
Cogeneration facility means a power plant in which the heat or steam is also used for industrial or commercial heating or cooling purposes and that meets Federal Energy Regulatory Commission standards for qualifying facilities under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16
Air navigation facility means any facility, other than one owned and operated by the United States, used in, available for use in, or designed for use in aid of air navigation, including any structures, mechanisms, lights, beacons, markers, communicating systems, or other instrumentalities or devices used or useful as an aid, or constituting an advantage or convenience to the safe taking off, navigation, and landing of aircraft, or the safe and efficient operation or maintenance of an airport, and any combination of any or all of such facilities.
State facility means a center or a hospital operated by the department.
Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry and meeting room and or car park.
On-site generation facility means a generation facility,
Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.
Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.
