Internet Facilities. The Employer will pay an allowance of $50.00 per day after 72 hours of internet service being below provisions stated in clause 29.3 (b)(ii). This allowance will not apply in circumstances where the communications provider is unable to provide satellite coverage due to technical malfunction of the satellite providers equipment not located on the Vessel.

Internet Facilities. All users agree not to: ● Publish material that brings the College, its staff or students is disrepute, or is defamatory. ● Be involved in any form of cyber bullying including the use of phones, social websites, game sites, email, internet chats or instant messaging. ● Use the internet in class time for recreational purposes unless permission has been granted by the supervising teacher. ● Use chat (IRC) sites or Instant Messaging programs within school unless approved by staff. ● Access or transmit any material that is offensive or obscene (e.g. violent, racist, sexist, pornographic) or in violation of any law or government regulation (e.g. equal opportunity regulations). ● Attempt any hacking activities. ● Attempt to bypass the College proxy in any way in order to connect to the internet. ● Disclose a network login password.
Internet Facilities. (a) The Employer will work with the Vessel owner/operator to provide (and pay for) a minimum internet speed of 3Mbps (upload and download) onboard each Vessel within three months of the date of approval of this Agreement by the FWC. (b) The Employer will pay an allowance of $50.00 per day after 72 consecutive hours of internet service being below the level stated above. As with all facilities and systems, they are vulnerable to temporary disruption or failure. Your ability to recover certain losses may be subject to limits on liability imposed by the system provider, the market, the clearing house and/or member firms. Such limits may vary; you should ask the firm with which you deal for details in this respect.

  • Laundry Facilities Washers and dryers are installed in each apartment for the exclusive use of students in the apartment. Any other use is prohibited. The use of washers and dryers are free. LINEN: Brighton provides a mattress cover on all mattresses. Students need to bring their own bedding. All beds are regular twin size. The typical cost for replacing a mattress cover is $25.00. MAINTENANCE: Students are responsible to notify the manager in writing as soon as possible if they notice anything in an apartment that requires repair work or maintenance. See “Property Conditions” section 12 of the BYU-Idaho Student Landlord Housing Contract.

  • External Hosting Facilities DST shall implement controls, consistent with applicable prevailing industry practices and standards, regarding the collection, use, storage and/or disclosure of Fund Data by an external hosting provider.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools.   • Access to Facilities Each of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries will permit any representatives designated by the Purchaser (or any successor of the Purchaser), upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, at such person's expense and accompanied by a representative of the Company, to: (a) visit and inspect any of the properties of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries; (b) examine the corporate and financial records of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (unless such examination is not permitted by federal, state or local law or by contract) and make copies thereof or extracts therefrom; and (c) discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with the directors, officers and independent accountants of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries will provide any material, non-public information to the Purchaser unless the Purchaser signs a confidentiality agreement and otherwise complies with Regulation FD, under the federal securities laws.
