Identified Claims definition

Identified Claims means the Commercial Tort Claims described on Schedule 7 as such schedule shall be supplemented from time to time.

Identified Claims means the Commercial Tort Claims described on Schedule G of the Disclosure Letter as such schedule shall be supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Identified Claims means the Commercial Tort Claims described on Schedule 10.17 as such schedule shall be supplemented from time to time. Indemnified Liabilities - see Section 14.16.
