You understand and agree that by accepting this Agreement you are providing “written instructions” to Lookout and its service providers to exchange User Data about you with our service providers and their data suppliers and to provide you with the Identity Protection Services.
Penalties for a violation of this policy include disciplinary action up to and including termination and/or criminal prosecution as provided in the Identity Protection Act.
