IDN definition

IDN means Internationalized Domain Name and includes any Domain Name Character String which contains non-ASCII characters of any type.
IDN or "Integrated Delivery Network" shall mean a legally structured alliance among one or more hospitals, physicians and other healthcare providers (laboratories, imaging centers, etc.) that can provide substantially all health care services to a defined geographic population of patients in a coordinated fashion.
