Delivery Network definition

Delivery Network means the content delivery network service providers used in connection with certain Services for the purpose of serving Tealium JavaScript or other Service related files (“Libraries”).

Delivery Network. Resi Media will use reasonable efforts to meet the service level of 100% for access to the affiliate delivery network. The affiliate delivery network currently maintains 99.9% of monthly uptime. For each 5 continuous minute period of qualifying outage minutes for a service in a measurement period, Resi Media shall provide a SLA Credit of 5% of the fees for the relevant Service which was subject to the loss of service during the current month measurement period. Regardless of monthly or annual payment, the value of 5% of fees will be calculated based on the cost of service for the current service month in which the violation occurred. Any period of qualifying outage minutes for a service which is less than 5 continuous minutes shall not be eligible for an award of SLA Credits. The Customer cannot combine alleged claimed outages for different services (such as public network and private network) to meet this calculation. Customer is eligible to receive SLA Credit, subject to the following process:

Examples of Delivery Network in a sentence

  • The sum of the Delivery Network Upgrades Cost and associated One-Time Cost.

  • For costs associated with Area Delivery Network Upgrades, any amounts set forth in Appendix G will be advisory estimates only, and will not operate to establishing any cap or maximum cost responsibility limit on the cost responsibility of the Interconnection Customer for Area Delivery Network Upgrades.
