IFC Shares definition

IFC Shares means the Equity Securities of the Company subscribed for by IFC pursuant to the Subscription Agreement and/or otherwise held by IFC from time to time;

IFC Shares the aggregate of:

IFC Shares means one thousand (1000) fully paid equity shares of the Company having a face value of Rupees Ten (INR 10) each and bearing the rights as set forth in the Shareholders' Agreement.

More Definitions of IFC Shares

IFC Shares means (i) the common shares of the Company held by the IFC Parties from time to time (but excluding any common shares acquired after the date of this Agreement other than (A) common shares issued or distributed by the Company by way of stock dividend, stock split or distribution, or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, reorganization, merger or consolidation, or similar transaction or (B) common shares acquired with the consent of the Itaú Parties) and (ii) any securities representing a beneficial ownership interest in the common shares referred to in subclause (i) of this definition;

IFC Shares means Shares of the Company to be acquired by IFC pursuant to the Investment Agreement;

IFC Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital (F); “IFC Subscription” the subscription of common shares by IFC provided for in Article IV; “Land Titling Survey and Maps” the land titling survey and maps of the areas covered by the Concession Documents as well as a list of all titled landowners, to be developed in accordance with Annex 5 hereto and in a form and substance satisfactory to IFC;

IFC Shares means the Shares subscribed or, as the context may require, to be subscribed pursuant to the IFC Subscription;

IFC Shares the Shares subscribed or to be subscribed for pursuant to the IFC Subscription; "IFC Subscription" the subscription for Shares by IFC provided for in Article IV;

IFC Shares means collectively all the Shares of the Company, with full voting rights, held by IFC from time to time, including without limitation any Shares issued to IFC upon the conversion of the IFC FCCBs.

IFC Shares means all Equity Securities of the Company held by the IFC Investors from time to time;
