IHOP Brand definition

IHOP Brand means the “IHOP” Trademark (words and/or design), alone or in combination with other words or symbols, and any variations or derivatives thereof (but excluding any other Brand).
IHOP Brand. The name and xxxx “IHOP” or “INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES”, alone or in combination with other words or symbols, any variation or derivative thereof, and any names and marks confusingly similar thereto.

  • The Manager will maintain an account designated as the “IHOP Advertising Fund Account” in the name of the Manager (or a Subsidiary thereof) for fees payable by IHOP Franchisees and Non-Securitization Entities to fund the national marketing and advertising activities and local advertising cooperatives with respect to the IHOP Brand (“IHOP Advertising Fees”).

  • Brand name or “trade name” means a brand name or a trade name, whether registered or not, that is to say, a name or a mark, such as symbol, monogram, logo, label, signature, or invented word or writing which is used in relation to such specified services for the purpose of indicating, or so as to indicate a connection in the course of trade between such specified services and some person using such name or mark with or without any indication of the identity of that person;

  • Channel Partner means Licensor’s Affiliate or an unaffiliated business entity that is authorized by Licensor to distribute and/or support Program(s).
