Illegal Substance definition

Illegal Substance means any drug which is not legally obtainable, or which is legally obtainable but has not been legally obtained. The term includes prescribed drugs not being used for prescribed purposes.
Illegal Substance means any substance that is not legal for you or any other party of interest, your employees or agents, tenants or any person to whom the Insured has entrusted the property insured, to process, obtain, produce, provide, sell, traffic or use, and includes any controlled substance enumerated in the Schedule of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act currently in force.
Illegal Substance means a drug that is prohibited to be used or possessed

More Definitions of Illegal Substance

Illegal Substance means any drug, substance or immediate precursor as listed in Schedules I through V of Section 202 of the Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C. § 812, as now exists or may be later amended or updated, including but not limited to amphetamines (including methamphetamines), barbiturates, opiates (including heroin, morphine and codeine), marijuana, THC, cocaine, hallucinogens and phencyclidine (PCP). For purposes of this policy, the term “Illegal Substance” does not include prescription drugs which are properly possessed and/or taken under the supervision of a licensed health care professional.
Illegal Substance means alcohol, illegal drugs or inhalants, including, but not limited to, marijuana, cocaine, LSD, PCP, amphetamines, heroin, steroids, look-alike drugs, drug paraphernalia and any substances commonly referred to as “designer drugs.
Illegal Substance means a drug that is prohibited to be used or possessed without a prescription under the Arkansas Criminal Code, § 5-1-101 et seq.
