Illegal Substance definition

Illegal Substance means any drug which is not legally obtainable, or which is legally obtainable but has not been legally obtained. The term includes prescribed drugs not being used for prescribed purposes.

Illegal Substance means alcohol, illegal drugs or inhalants, including, but not limited to, marijuana, cocaine, LSD, PCP, amphetamines, heroin, steroids, look-alike drugs, drug paraphernalia and any substances commonly referred to as “designer drugs.
Illegal Substance means any drug which is not legally obtained and/or any drug being used by a person other than the person for whom it was prescribed and/or for a purpose contrary to which the drug was intended for medical therapy and/or against the recommendation(s) of the manufacturer.
Illegal Substance means any drug, substance or immediate precursor as listed in Schedules I through V of Section 202 of the Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C. § 812, as now exists or may be later amended or updated, including but not limited to amphetamines (including methamphetamines), barbiturates, opiates (including heroin, morphine and codeine), marijuana, THC, cocaine, hallucinogens and phencyclidine (PCP). For purposes of this policy, the term “Illegal Substance” does not include prescription drugs which are properly possessed and/or taken under the supervision of a licensed health care professional.
Illegal Substance means any substance that is not legal for the insured or any other party of interest, employees or agents of the insured or any person to whom the Insured’s property may be entrusted, to possess, obtain, produce, provide, sell, traffic or use, and includes any controlled substance enumerated in Schedule of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act currently in force.
