Imaged File Delivery Date definition

Imaged File Delivery Date means, with respect to an Imaged File, the date on which the Servicer or a Subservicer, as applicable, delivers such Imaged File to the Image File Custodian in accordance with Section 9.07.
Imaged File Delivery Date means, with respect to an Imaged File, the date on which the Servicer or a Subservicer, as applicable, delivers such Imaged File to the Image File Custodian in accordance with Section 9.07. “Imaged File Loan Schedule” has the meaning given to such term in Section 9.07(a). “Indebtedness” means, with respect to any Person and any day, without duplication, (i) all indebtedness or guarantees of such Person for borrowed money or for the deferred purchase price of property or services (other than current liabilities incurred in the ordinary course of business and payable in accordance with customary trade practices) or which is evidenced by a note, bond, debenture or similar instrument, (ii) all obligations of such Person under capital leases, (iii) all obligations of such Person in respect of acceptances issued or created for the account of such Person, (iv) all liabilities secured by any Lien on any property owned by such Person even though such Person has not assumed or otherwise become liable for the payment thereof, (v) all indebtedness, obligations or liabilities of that Person in respect of Derivatives, (vi) all obligations, contingent or otherwise, of such Person as an account party in respect of letters of credit and letters of guaranty and (vii) all obligations, contingent or otherwise, of such Person in respect of bankers’ acceptances. “Indemnified Amounts” has the meaning given to such term in Section 11.01. “Indemnified Party” has the meaning given to such term in Section 11.01. “Indemnified Taxes” means (a) Taxes, other than Excluded Taxes, imposed on or with respect to any payment made by or for the account of the Borrower under the Basic Documents, and (b) to the extent not covered in (a) above,

  • Share Delivery Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(c)(ii).

  • Notice Delivery Period means the period from and including the Trade Date, to and including a day that is three (3) Business Days following the date that is 14 calendar days after the Scheduled Termination Date. Section 1.23 (Notice Delivery Period) of the Credit Derivatives Definitions shall be amended accordingly.

  • First Delivery Date means the first date by which the commodity for a Futures Contract can be delivered in order for the terms of the Futures Contract to be fulfilled.

  • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Final Delivery Date means the date the Supplier is entitled to deliver the Products form the Purchaser even if the Products have not been called off as agreed in any Sales Agreement.

  • Prospectus Delivery Period means such period of time after the first date of the public offering of the Securities as in the opinion of counsel for the Underwriters a prospectus relating to the Securities is required by law to be delivered (or required to be delivered but for Rule 172 under the Securities Act) in connection with sales of the Securities by any Underwriter or dealer.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings, as set out in the Order or otherwise agreed in writing by Get Living and the Supplier;

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Class specification means a written description of a class setting forth factors and conditions which are essential characteristics of positions in that class.

  • Electronic delivery device means any product containing or delivering nicotine, lobelia, or any other substance, whether natural or synthetic, intended for human consumption that can be used by a person to simulate smoking in the delivery of nicotine or any other substance through inhalation of aerosol or vapor from the product. Electronic delivery devices includes but is not limited to devices manufactured, marketed, or sold as electronic cigarettes, electronic cigars, electronic pipe, vape pens, modes, tank systems, or under any other product name or descriptor. Electronic delivery device includes any component part of a product, whether or not marketed or sold separately. Electronic delivery device excludes drugs, devices, or combination products, as those terms are defined in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, that are authorized for sale by the United States Food and Drug Administration.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Delivery Day means a day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or any other day on which national banking associations are authorized to be closed. Any party may change its address for purposes of the receipt of notices and demands by giving notice of the change in the manner provided in this provision.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.
