  • The Borrower may not make any cancellation under this Clause 7.3 unless it has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Lender that following such cancellation the Borrower will have sufficient sources of fully committed funding to enable it to pay the IMF Repayment Amounts in full on their due date.
