EMT definition

EMT means EMTs-basic, EMTs-I, and paramedics that provide emergency medical services for a public emergency medical service organization. "Emergency medical service organization," "EMT-basic," "EMT-I," and "paramedic" have the meanings defined in section 4765.01 of the Revised Code.
EMT means any of the emergency medical technicians defined in division (A), (B), or (C) of section 4765.01 of the Revised Code.

  • EMT Basic shall be paid for up to fifteen (15) hours of CE onsite or online annually for the State of Ohio annual CE requirement and any additional Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS) training if required.
