Immaterial Real Property definition

Immaterial Real Property means Real Property (other than coal reserves) with a Fair Market Value less than $3,000,000 or, following consummation of the Take-In Transaction, $5,000,000.
Immaterial Real Property means Real Property with a Fair Market Value that does not exceed $10,000,000 in the aggregate (for all Real Properties designated as Immaterial Real Properties) or $3,000,000 individually.
Immaterial Real Property means any real property in which any Borrower Party has a fee interest with a fair market value of less than $100,000.

  • The Obligors shall not Dispose of (whether in one or a series of transactions) any of the Property or any Project Assets, or enter into any agreement to do any of the foregoing, except for (i) the sale of inventory in the ordinary course of business, (ii) the sale of equipment that is obsolete, surplus, worn out or no longer useful for the purposes of constructing and developing the Project, or (iii) letting lapse the Immaterial Real Property.

Immaterial Real Property real property owned by a Principal Company other than Material Real Property.
Immaterial Real Property means any real Property designated by the Borrower as Immaterial Real Property, if and for so long as the fair market value (as reasonably determined by the Borrower and approved by the Administrative Agent) of such Immaterial Real Property, together with all other Immaterial Real Property so designated by the Borrower, does not exceed $5,000,000 at any time.

  • Material Real Estate Asset means (i) any fee-owned Real Estate Asset having a fair market value in excess of $2,500,000 as of the date of the acquisition thereof or (ii) any Real Estate Asset that the Required Lenders have determined is material to the business, general affairs, assets, liabilities, operations, management, condition (financial or otherwise), stockholders’ equity, results of operations or value of any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof, including the Borrower.

  • Company Real Property means the Company Owned Real Property and the Company Leased Real Property.
