Importing member definition

Importing member means a member whose imports of jute and jute products exceed its exports of jute and jute products and which has declared itself to be an importing member;
Importing member means a member which imports natural rubber and has declared itself to be an importing member, subject to the agreement of the Council.
Importing member means any Member which is listed as such in Annex B of the Agreement, or which is given the status of an importing Member upon becoming a Contracting Party to the Agreement.
