Producing member definition

Producing member means any country with tropical forest resources and/or a net exporter of tropical timber in volume terms which is listed in annex A and which becomes a party to this Agreement, or any country with tropical forest resources and/or a net exporter of tropical timber in volume terms which is not so listed and which becomes a party to this Agreement and which the Council, with the consent of that country, declares to be a producing member;

Examples of Producing member in a sentence

  • Each Producing Member shall receive five initial votes; the remainder shall be divided among the Producing Members as nearly as possible in proportion to their individual percentages of production as set out in the tables established or revised by the Council in accordance with paragraph 3 or paragraph 4 of this article.

  • Founding Member means any individual who is either:
