Improvement Completion Date definition

Improvement Completion Date means the date upon which the Fixed Improvements and Fixed Equipment shall be substantially completed by the Company.
Improvement Completion Date means the date that Marina achieves Final Completion.
Improvement Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3 hereof.
