Improvement Plan Performance Level definition

Improvement Plan Performance Level means, in relation to a Benchmark for any Reporting Period, the number set out in column 3 of the Benchmark Table relating to that Benchmark and in the row of that table for that Reporting Period;
Improvement Plan Performance Level means, in relation to a Benchmark for any Reporting Period, the number set out in column3 of the Benchmark Table relating to that Benchmark and in the row of that table for that Reporting Period;"Incremental Output Statement Charge"means the charge to which that description is commonly given, first introduced into Relevant Agreements in April 2001;"Independent Station"has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.6 of Schedule 8.4 (Track Access Adjustments and Station Charge Adjustments);"Independent Station Access Conditions"has the meaning given to it in the Access Agreement to which it relates;"Individual Station Charge Adjustment"has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.1 of Schedule 8.4 (Track Access Adjustments and Station Charge Adjustments);"Industrial Action"has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1(f) of Schedule 10.4 (Force Majeure);"Information Network"has the meaning given to it in paragraph 13.1 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);"Initial Business Plan"means the business plan to be provided by the Franchisee to the Secretary of State on or before the date of the Franchise Agreement, as described in paragraph 2.1 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives), including any adjusted version of such plan resubmitted to the Secretary of State in accordance with paragraph 2.2 of that Schedule;"Initial Permanent Fare"has the meaning given to it in the Ticketing and Settlement Agreement;"Integrated Transport Schemes"means those schemes which relate to the integration of any other form of transport with the Franchise Services: (a) listed in clause 5.11 of the Franchise Specific Agreement; or (b) designated as such in accordance with paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2.5 (Transport, Travel and Other Schemes);"Interest Rate"means a rate equivalent to two per cent. per annum above the base lending rate publishedby Royal Bank of Scotland plc (or such other bank as the Secretary of State may, afterconsultation with the Franchisee, determine from time to time) during any period in which an amount payable under the Franchise Agreement remains unpaid;

Related to Improvement Plan Performance Level

  • Performance Level means a reference to one of Performance Level I, Performance Level II, Performance Level III, Performance Level IV or Performance Level V.

  • Key Performance Indicator means a measure that captures the performance of a critical variable to expand and improve community-based corrections programs to promote offender success, ensure accountability, enhance public safety, and reduce recidivism.

  • Key Performance Indicators or “KPIs” means the performance measurements and targets set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Energy Performance Score means the numeric rating generated by Portfolio Manager that compares the Energy usage of the building to that of similar buildings.

  • Control Performance Standard or “CPS” shall mean the reliability standard that sets the limits of a Balancing Authority’s Area Control Error over a specified time period.

  • Performance Measure means one or more of the following selected by the Committee to measure Company, Affiliate, and/or business unit performance for a Performance Period, whether in absolute or relative terms (including, without limitation, terms relative to a peer group or index): basic, diluted, or adjusted earnings per share; sales or revenue; earnings before interest, taxes, and other adjustments (in total or on a per share basis); basic or adjusted net income; returns on equity, assets, capital, revenue or similar measure; economic value added; working capital; total shareholder return; and product development, product market share, research, licensing, litigation, human resources, information services, mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets of Affiliates or business units. Each such measure shall be, to the extent applicable, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as consistently applied by the Company (or such other standard applied by the Committee) and, if so determined by the Committee, and in the case of a Performance Compensation Award, to the extent permitted under Code Section 162(m), adjusted to omit the effects of extraordinary items, gain or loss on the disposal of a business segment, unusual or infrequently occurring events and transactions and cumulative effects of changes in accounting principles. Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.

  • Performance Standard means the acceptable range of performance for a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume that results when a Performance Corridor is applied to a Performance Target;

  • Extreme performance coating means coatings designed for harsh exposure or extreme environmental conditions.

  • Annual performance report means a written appraisal of the teaching staff member's performance prepared by the teaching staff member’s designated supervisor based on the evaluation rubric for his or her position.

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • performance requirement means a requirement that:

  • Performance Monitoring System has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.1.2 in Part B of Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Energy savings performance contract means a contract under which the rate of payments is based upon energy and operational cost savings and a stipulated maximum energy consumption level over the life of the contract.

  • Performance Tests means the tests to be conducted on the equipment at site for checking the performance parameters of the equipment as defined in Technical Specification.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Performance Standards or “PS” shall mean the cleanup levels and other measures of achievement of the remedial action objectives, as set forth in the ROD.

  • energy performance contracting means a contractual arrangement between the beneficiary and the provider of an energy efficiency improvement measure, verified and monitored during the whole term of the contract, where investments (work, supply or service) in that measure are paid for in relation to a contractually agreed level of energy efficiency improvement or other agreed energy performance criterion, such as financial savings;

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Additional Performance Security shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 7.1;

  • Performance Metrics means criteria established by the Administrator relating to any of the following, as it may apply to an individual, one or more business units, divisions, or Affiliates, or on a company-wide basis, and in absolute terms, relative to a base period, or relative to the performance of one or more comparable companies, peer groups, or an index covering multiple companies:

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.
