Improvement Works definition

Improvement Works means the works identified by the Operator, after carrying out a due diligence of the Facilities and/or System, at the Tender stage and towards improving the performance of the Facilities and/or System.
Improvement Works has the meaning given to it in clause 4.1.3.1; "Incentive Fee" has the meaning given to it in clause 11.1.2; "Insured Risks" has the meaning given to it in clause 13.1.1;
Improvement Works means improvement works to Equipment and/or Premises (internal and external) referred to in clause 11.B. and the Twelfth Schedule

Improvement Works means any works for the purpose of improving or upgrading —
