Incentive Award Opportunity definition

Incentive Award Opportunity means the range of an Actual Award available to each Participant in this Plan for a given Performance Period.
Incentive Award Opportunity means the total potential cash compensation opportunity underlying an Award for a Performance Period ranging from zero to two times (0%-200%) a Participant’s Incentive Target Percentage.
Incentive Award Opportunity means the award that may be earned at various levels (Threshold, Target and Maximum) based on the Plan year results, the Eligibility Level, and Performance Mix and other factors detailed in this Plan.

Incentive Award Opportunity means, effective starting with the 2021 performance year, the total potential cash compensation opportunity underlying an Award for a Performance Period ranging from zero to two and one-half times (0%-250%) a Participant’s Incentive Target Percentage. “Incentive Target Percentage” shall mean the targeted level of compensation underlying an Award granted to a Participant for a Performance Period, expressed as a percentage of the Participant’s Eligible Earnings.
Incentive Award Opportunity means an opportunity to earn an Incentive Award.

Related to Incentive Award Opportunity
