Incentive Warrants means this Warrant and the other warrants of the Company issued pursuant to, and identified as Incentive Warrants in, that certain Securities Purchase Agreement, dated as of September 25, 1998, by and among the Company and the other signatories thereto (the "Securities Purchase Agreement").
Incentive Warrants. In addition to the Closing Date Warrants, the persons set out in Exhibit A-4 hereto shall receive warrants to purchase one hundred twenty-three thousand two hundred forty-three (123,243) shares of Procera’s Common Stock (the “Incentive Warrants”).
