Incident Commander means a member of Aurizon Network’s Staff who has been delegated responsibility for the direction and coordination of Aurizon Network’s, each relevant Operator’s and the Access Holder’s resources in the performance of their respective roles and tasks at the site of an Incident, recording events during the course of an Incident and liaison with Authorities. Incorporated Provisions means each of the following provisions:
Incident command system means: (a) An all-hazards, on-scene functional management system that establishes common standards in organization, terminology, and procedures; provides a means (unified command) for the establishment of a common set of incident objectives and strategies during multiagency/multijurisdiction operations while maintaining individual agency/jurisdiction authority, responsibility, and accountability; and is a component of the national interagency incident management system; or (b) an equivalent and compatible all-hazards, on-scene functional management system.
Assistive technology service means any service that directly assists a child with a disability in the selection, acquisition, or use of an assistive technology device. The term includes:
Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.
Concurrent planning means to work toward reunification of the child with the family while at
Metropolitan planning organization means the same as that term is defined in Section 72-1-208.5.
Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.
Client company means any person that enters into an agreement for professional employer services
Service Planning Team or “SPT” means a team who includes the Individual and/or the Individual’s identified support network, Contractor’s lead administrative staff supporting medical, behavioral and activity oversight called out in this Contract, Contractor’s Administrator or designee and ODHS Designee. The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.
Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.
Discharge planning means the formal process for determining, prior to discharge from a facility, the coordination and management of the care that a patient receives following discharge from a facility.
Testing-the-Waters Communication means any oral or written communication with potential investors undertaken in reliance on Section 5(d) of the 1933 Act.
Written Testing-the-Waters Communication means any Testing-the-Waters Communication that is a written communication within the meaning of Rule 405 under the Securities Act.
School-Sponsored Activity means any activity conducted on or off school property (including school buses and other school-related vehicles) that is sponsored, recognized or authorized by the Board of Education.
Adult day services means adult day services as defined in section 231D.1.
Sponsorship means the sponsorship element of the Package as set out in the Application Form; and
Regional integration organization means an organization constituted by sovereign States of a given region, to which its member States have transferred competence in respect of matters governed by this Convention. Such organizations shall declare, in their instruments of formal confirmation or accession, the extent of their competence with respect to matters governed by this Convention. Subsequently, they shall inform the depositary of any substantial modification in the extent of their competence.
Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
Serving Wire Center (SWC) means a Wire Center that serves the area in which the other Party’s or a third party’s Wire Center, aggregation point, point of termination, or point of presence is located.
Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.
Chief Nursing Executive means the senior nurse employed by the Hospital who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for nursing services provided in the Hospital;
Incidental services means those services ancillary to the supply of the goods and services, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training and other such obligations of the vendor covered under the contract;
Lead planning agency means one or more public entities having stormwater management planning authority designated by the regional stormwater management planning committee pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:8-3.2, that serves as the primary representative of the committee.
