Included Pages definition

Included Pages means those pages on the Yahoo Properties containing -------------- Advertiser Links. Included Pages includes EZ Venture Promotion pages containing Advertiser Links but excludes Yahoo Direct email messages delivered by Yahoo in connection with this Agreement.
Included Pages means, collectively: (i) certain results pages in the -------------- Yahoo Main Site, My Yahoo and Yahoo Metro Sites with the music related key words identified in Exhibit A attached hereto; (ii) certain Recorded Music related --------- pages of My Yahoo! to reasonably be [Confidential Treatment requested for redacted portions of document.] 1 determined by Yahoo (by way of example, but not limitation, attached hereto in Exhibit D is a sample page from My Yahoo! illustrating an Included Page); and --------- (iii) certain Recorded Music related pages, as identified in Exhibit A, of ---------- Yahoo's Metro Sites and Yahoo Main Site. In the event that Yahoo adds additional relevant Recorded Music related pages to the Yahoo Main Site or the Yahoo Metro Sites and/or modifies the existing Recorded Music related pages currently listed in Exhibit A, such pages shall be deemed to be incorporated --------- into Exhibit A upon receipt by CDnow of written notification thereof. CDnow may --------- request in writing that Yahoo add to Exhibit A any pages, existing as of the --------- Effective Date, on the Yahoo Main Site or the Yahoo Metro Sites relevant to recorded music artists or musical genres, and Yahoo will not unreasonably withhold or delay approval and implementation of such request. Upon such approval, Exhibit A will be deemed by the parties to be so amended. In the --------- event that Yahoo materially restructures the nature of the Yahoo Service, Yahoo warrants that such restructuring will not result in any material change in Yahoo's representations under Section 2.1.1 regarding the delivered number of Page Views.
Included Pages means the automotive-related directory pages -------------- and keyword search results pages of the Yahoo Main Site, Yahoo Autos, Yahoo Yellow Pages, and Yahoo Classifieds that are identified on Exhibit A. From time to time and at any time during the Term of this Agreement, Yahoo shall have the right to modify the Included Pages by adding to or deleting from pages identified on Exhibit A due to changes in Yahoo's directory, provided; however, that any such changes that materially adversely effect Autoweb shall take effect only upon Autoweb's consent thereto. For the avoidance of doubt, the "Edmunds" pricing information currently located at xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/edmunds/ will be ------------------------------ included only Yahoo makes it available as Included Pages to the other Auto Merchant Program Participants.

Examples of Included Pages in a sentence

  • During the Term of this Agreement, at CDnow's -------------- reasonable request, Yahoo will provide, up to once per month, to CDnow estimates and research results that Yahoo has readily available in the normal course of its business, solely for use by CDnow in determining usage pertaining to the Included Pages and Netscape Guide.

  • In addition, and notwithstanding the foregoing, Yahoo may charge CDnow Competitors for listings or enhanced merchant listings or similar positioning in the normal course of business with respect to Included Pages relating to the Yellow Pages portion of the Yahoo Main Site.

  • Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, Yahoo shall not be restricted from conducting its normal course of business with CDnow Competitors outside the Included Pages.

  • In addition, and notwithstanding the foregoing, Yahoo may charge any third party for listings or enhanced merchant listings or similar positioning in the normal course of business with respect to Included Pages relating to the Yellow Pages portion of the Yahoo Main Site.

  • Yahoo shall ensure that at any given time - no less than one (1) Auto Merchant Program button (or portion thereof) appears Above the Fold on the Included Pages.

  • Autoweb Buttons shall be placed on the Included Pages (i) no less prominently than any other Auto Merchant Program button appearing on the Included Pages (e.g., any rotation of Auto Merchant Program buttons shall be equal); and (ii) more prominently than any Yahoo branded button on the Included Pages.

  • In addition, Yahoo shall not display any banner advertisements on the Included Pages for any Autoweb Competitor; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, Auto Merchant Program Participants shall not be precluded from purchasing banner advertising on the Included Pages Autoweb.

Related to Included Pages

  • Excluded Party means any REIT, any parent company of or Person who Controls any REIT in each instance engaged primarily in owning and operating Real Property, and any other Person whom the Borrower has reasonably identified in writing to the Administrative Agent as a competitor or potential competitor of the Borrower.

  • Excluded Parties shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.16.

  • Display fireworks means large fireworks devices that are explosive materials intended for use in fireworks displays and designed to produce visible or audible effects by combustion, deflagration, or detonation, as provided in 27 CFR 555.11, 49 CFR 172, and APA standard 87-1, 4.1.

  • Excluded Products means the items described on the applicable restricted products per country, any other applicable Program Policy, or any other information made available to you by LINIO.

  • Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule means the Schedule containing a list of the Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • Excluded Person means each Defendant, the directors and officers of each Defendant, the subsidiaries or affiliates of each Defendant, the entities in which each Defendant or any of that Defendant’s subsidiaries or affiliates have a controlling interest and the legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of each of the foregoing.

  • information folder means the complete folder, including the information document, file, data, drawings, photographs, and so on, supplied by the applicant, it being permissible to supply the information folder in the form of an electronic file;

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI) means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Designated LIBOR Page means the display on Reuters Screen, LIBOR01 Page or any successor service or any page as may replace the designated page on that service or any successor service that displays the London interbank rates of major banks for U.S. Dollars.

  • Designated CMT Reuters Page means the display on Reuters, or any successor service, on the page designated on the face hereof or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519).   • Exchange-Traded Product or “ETP” means a security traded on an exchange that tracks an underlying security, index or financial instrument. The term “ETP” includes, among other things, exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”), exchange-traded notes (“ETNs”) and exchange-traded commodities (“ETCs”).
