Query means a message that represents a request to a Database for information.
Policy Web Pages means the web pages available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxx, and at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or such other URLs or Web pages as the Funder or the Ministry may advise from time to time. Hyperlink means a special HTML code that allows text or graphics to serve as a link that, when clicked on, takes a user to another place in the same document, to another document, or to another Internet Web site or Web page.
Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.
Web means the World Wide Web.
Pricing Pages means the schedule of prices, estimated order quantity, and totals contained in wvOASIS or attached hereto as Exhibit A, and used to evaluate the Solicitation responses.
Web Page means a document on the Internet which may be viewed in its entirety without leaving the applicable distinct URL address.
Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.
Display ’ means the display of a sign and includes the erection of any billboard, sign or structure intended solely or primarily for the support of a sign or billboard, and includes the display of a sign of a business, trade partnership or individual connected with the contents of the sign or sign, and ‘‘displayed’’ has a corresponding meaning;

Download means copying data from one computer system (for example a backend server) to another (for example a vehicle).
Category 4 Data is data that is confidential and requires special handling due to statutes or regulations that require especially strict protection of the data and from which especially serious consequences may arise in the event of any compromise of such data. Data classified as Category 4 includes but is not limited to data protected by: the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Pub. Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.
functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.
Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.
Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.
Research record means any data, document, computer file, computer diskette, or any other written or non-written account or object that reasonably may be expected to provide evidence or information regarding the proposed, conducted, or reported research that constitutes the subject of an allegation of research misconduct. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

Project Results means all data and results of the Project.
