Inclusionary Housing Guidelines definition

Inclusionary Housing Guidelines means any requirements for implementation and administration of this chapter adopted by the City Manager in accordance with Section 18.37.090.D of this chapter.
Inclusionary Housing Guidelines means the written administrative guidelines detailing procedures and guidelines to ensure the orderly and efficient administration of the requirements of this chapter.
Inclusionary Housing Guidelines means the requirements for implementation and administration of this Chapter adopted by the City Manager, in conjunction with the Executive Director of the San Jose Redevelopment Agency, pursuant to Section 5.08.730.A of this Chapter.
