Incoming Contractor definition

Incoming Contractor s Scheme” means the Retirement Benefits Scheme established or nominated for this purpose by the Incoming Contractor;
Incoming Contractor means a Contractor who provides relevant Services pursuant to any exercise by the Customer of its rights under Clause 13 (Step In Rights).

  • In the event that the Institute serves a Break Notice pursuant to clause 10.3.1, and TUPE does not operate on the Termination Date to transfer all or any of the Relevant Individuals either to an Incoming Contractor or to the Institute, the Contractor will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid the need to make such Relevant Individuals redundant by re-employing them into its workforce.

Incoming Contractor has the meaning given in clause 46.4.1
