Incoming Supplier definition

Incoming Supplier means the company which is to provide the Services to the Purchaser after the Termination Date instead of the Supplier (and such company might be the Purchaser, Purchaser’s Affiliates or a third party supplier) provided that, where applicable, references in clauses to “Incoming Supplier” shall include the relevant member of the Incoming Supplier's Group or any sub- contractor;
Incoming Supplier means following the Termination Date, the company which is to provide the relevant Solution(s) to the Customer (whether the Customer, another member of the Customer Group or a third party supplier) instead of the Supplier. Termination Date means the date on which this Framework Agreement and/or any Order Document or any of the Solutions provided hereunder terminates for any reason.
Incoming Supplier means a supplier (who is not Supplier) appointed by Customer to supply Services (or similar services) and/or Goods (or similar goods) in succession to Supplier on expiration of the MSA or termination or expiration of a SOW.
