Incorporated Covenants definition

Incorporated Covenants shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 28.1 of the Lease.

Incorporated Covenants means such term as defined in Section 6.1.

Examples of Incorporated Covenants in a sentence

• The incorporation by reference to the Existing Credit Agreement of the Incorporated Covenants pursuant to this Section 6.2 shall survive the termination of the Existing Credit Agreement.
