Incorporation Costs means incorporation fees in connection with the establishment or reorganization of an organization as a CDFI, in accordance with 2 CFR 200.455 of the Uniform Requirements. Indirect Costs shall mean costs or expenses defined in accordance with section 200.56 of the Uniform Requirements. Insider shall mean any director, officer, employee, principal shareholder (owning, individually or in combination with family members, five percent or more of any class of stock), or agent (or any family member or business partner of any of the above) of the Recipient or of any Affiliate or Community Partner of the Recipient.

  • Travel Expenses means any costs incurred by Licensor associated with the transportation, storage or lodging of equipment, supplies, Licensor employees and other items necessary for business use from Licensor headquarters to Licensee’s facilities. Travel expenses may include, but are not limited to airfare, hotel costs, and meals if applicable. Any travel expenses paid by the Licensee shall be paid at allowable government travel rates consistent with Management Directive 230.10, unless otherwise first approved by the Licensee’s authorized representative.
