Uniform Requirements Sample Clauses

Uniform Requirements. Unit employees who are required to wear uniforms or who are provided uniform allowance must wear uniform while on duty unless permission to do otherwise has been received from the immediate supervisor. Employees who are on duty and do not comply with uniform requirements shall be subject to disciplinary action.
Uniform Requirements. SUBRECIPIENT must comply with applicable uniform requirements, as described in 24 CFR §570.502.

By execution of the certification contained in EXHIBIT V of this agreement recipient acknowledges receipt and familiarity with 24 CFR Part 92; OMB Circular A-122; and 24 CFR Part 84. Uniform Requirements. Each employee shall have at least three (3) uniforms at all times. The uniforms must be in good condition and must be worn while on duty, regardless of shift, at all times. The designated uniform must consist of a tan shirt with the proper name embroidered over the right pocket and the MPS patch over the left sleeve. Either long or short sleeves are acceptable. Pants or shorts must be dark brown and must be in good condition. Uniforms must be worn in a professional manner with the shirt buttoned and shirts with tails will be tucked in. Designated means - only from the approved sales location, material, color, and quality. NO SUBSTITUTIONS. a. Female uniform options will be made available to employees in the bargaining unit.
