Increased Servicer Fee definition

Increased Servicer Fee means as of any Settlement Date, an amount not to exceed 0.25% of the aggregate Contract Principal Balance of the Series 2002-A Contracts as of the first day of the prior Collection Period, payable on each Settlement Date to any successor Servicer in accordance with Section 9.02(b) of the Master Agreement as additional compensation in excess of the Servicing Fee for the performance of its duties hereunder and under the Master Agreement.
Increased Servicer Fee. With respect to any Series, the amount, if any, of the fee payable in accordance with Section 9.02(b) hereof to a successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 9.02(b) hereof and the related Series Supplement that is in excess of the Servicer Fee.

Examples of Increased Servicer Fee in a sentence

  • Any such written solicitation shall prominently indicate that bids should specify any applicable subservicing fees required to be paid from the Servicer Fee and that any fees and transfer costs in excess of the Servicer Fee shall be paid only in accordance with the relevant Series Supplement, as the Increased Servicer Fee.

  • The successor Servicer shall be entitled to the Servicer Fee and any Increased Servicer Fee, subject to the taking of bids as described in subsection (b) below.

  • Servicer Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(a).

  • Available Master Servicer Compensation With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (a) the Master Servicing Fee for such Distribution Date, (b) interest earned through the business day preceding the applicable Distribution Date on any Prepayments in Full remitted to the Master Servicer and (c) the aggregate amount of Month End Interest remitted by the Servicers to the Master Servicer pursuant to the related Servicing Agreements.

  • Backup Servicer Fee means the fee to be paid to the Backup Servicer as set forth in the Backup Servicing Agreement.

  • Base Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer on each Distribution Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period or, with respect to the first Distribution Date, the Original Pool Balance.

  • Master Servicer Remittance Amount With respect to each Master Servicer and each Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to (a) all amounts on deposit in such Master Servicer’s Collection Account as of 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on such Master Servicer Remittance Date, net of (b) any portion of the amounts described in clause (a) of this definition that represents one or more of the following: (i) collected Monthly Payments with respect to any Mortgage Loan serviced by such Master Servicer that are due on a Due Date following the end of the related Collection Period, (ii) to the extent not covered by clause (i) above, any payments of principal (including Principal Prepayments) and interest, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or REO Property serviced by such Master Servicer after the end of the related Collection Period, (iii) any Prepayment Premiums and/or Yield Maintenance Charges Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or successor REO Mortgage Loan serviced by such Master Servicer with respect thereto after the end of the related Collection Period, (iv) any Excess Liquidation Proceeds, (v) any amounts payable or reimbursable to any Person from such Collection Account pursuant to clauses (ii) through (xxii) of Section 3.05(a), and (vi) any amounts deposited in such Collection Account in error; provided that the Master Servicer Remittance Amount with respect to such Master Servicer for the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs in the same calendar month as the anticipated Final Distribution Date shall be calculated without regard to clauses (b)(i), (b)(ii), (b)(iii) and (b)(iv) of this definition.

  • Servicer Expenses means any expenses incurred by the Backup Servicer, if it has become the successor Servicer in accordance with this Agreement (including any expenses incurred by the Backup Servicer in connection with the retitling or re-xxxxxxx of the Financed Vehicles), other than Repossession Expenses or Transition Expenses.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Primary Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the rate that corresponds to such Mortgage Loan set forth on Exhibit A hereto under the heading “Primary Servicing Fee.”

  • Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.

  • Subservicing Fee As to any Mortgage Loan, the fee payable monthly to the related Subservicer (or, in the case of a Nonsubserviced Mortgage Loan, to the Master Servicer) in respect of subservicing and other compensation that accrues at an annual rate equal to the excess of the Mortgage Rate borne by the related Mortgage Note over the rate per annum designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "CURR NET" for such Mortgage Loan.

  • Basic Servicing Fee means the fee payable pursuant to Section 3.09 to the Servicer on each Payment Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Fee Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period or, with respect to the first Payment Date, the Original Pool Balance.

  • Net Servicing Fee Rate means (a) so long as the Seller or The Bank of New York is the Servicer, 1.25% per annum and (b) if the Seller or The Bank of New York is no longer the Servicer, 2.0% per annum.

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • Total Servicing Fee means the sum of the Basic Servicing Fee and the Supplemental Servicing Fee.

  • Transfer Fee means the fee payable by the Hirer to the Employment Business in accordance with clause 3.7, as permitted by Regulation 10 of the Conduct Regulations;

  • Accrued Servicing Fees based upon the Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan as calculated on a monthly basis.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, an amount equal to the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation for the related Distribution Date; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount on any day on which the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation cannot be determined because the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Accrual Period has not yet occurred, the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount shall be the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation determined based on a pro forma calculation made on the assumption that LIBOR will be LIBOR for the applicable period determined on the first day of such calendar month, multiplied by 1.25.

  • Excess Servicing Fee Rate The rate of 0.0% per annum with respect to each Mortgage Loan.

  • Period Servicing Amount means, for any twelve month period with respect to each of the Shared-Loss Agreements during which the loss-sharing provisions of the applicable Shared-Loss Agreement are in effect, the product of (i) the simple average of the principal amount of Shared-Loss Loans and Shared-Loss Assets (other than the Shared-Loss Securities) (in each case as defined in the Shared-Loss Agreements), as the case may be, at the beginning of such period and at the end of such period times (ii) one percent (1%).

  • Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of (a) one-twelfth of the Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Collection Period.

  • Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.50% per annum.

  • Special Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and each REO Loan, 0.25% per annum.

  • Trust Reimbursement Amount As defined in Section 3.06A(a) of this Agreement.
