Increasing Rate Note definition

Increasing Rate Note means any Note other than a Fixed Rate Note.
Increasing Rate Note has the meaning assigned to such term in the Exchange Note Indenture.
Increasing Rate Note means a Note bearing an increasing rate of interest as provided under Section 2.2(a) hereof.
