Incremental Commitments Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.5.

Incremental Commitments Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(f).

Examples of Incremental Commitments Effective Date in a sentence

• On the Incremental Commitments Effective Date, each Lender or Eligible Assignee which is providing a Revolving Credit Commitment Increase (i) shall become a “Lender” for all purposes of this Agreement and the other Credit Documents and (ii) shall have a Revolving Credit Commitment Increase which shall become a “Commitment” hereunder.

• The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Company and the Lenders of the final allocation of such Revolving Credit Commitments Increases and the Incremental Commitments Effective Date.

• On the Incremental Commitments Effective Date, each Lender or Eligible Assignee which is providing an Incremental Commitment (i) shall become a “Lender” for all purposes of this Amended Agreement and the other Credit Documents and (ii) shall have an Incremental Commitment which shall become a “Commitment” hereunder.

• The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower and the lenders providing such Incremental Facility of the final allocation thereof and the Incremental Commitments Effective Date.
