Incremental Facility Notes definition

Incremental Facility Notes means those certain Incremental Facility Notes described in Section 2.14 hereof.

More Definitions of Incremental Facility Notes

Incremental Facility Notes means, collectively, those promissory notes issued to each of the Lenders requesting a note pursuant to Section 2.8 by the Borrower with respect to the Incremental Facility Commitment, each one substantially in the form of Exhibit F-4 attached hereto, any other promissory note issued by the Borrower to evidence the Incremental Facility Loans pursuant to this Agreement, and any extensions, renewals or amendments to, or replacements of, the foregoing.
