Incremental Term Loan Exposure definition

Incremental Term Loan Exposure means, with respect to any Lender, as of any date of determination, the outstanding principal amount of the Incremental Term Loans of such Lender.

Incremental Term Loan Exposure means, as to any Lender at any time, the unused Incremental Term Loan Commitment and the outstanding Incremental Term Loan Advances owing to such Lender at such time.
