Indebtedness Ranking on a Parity with the Securities means (i) Indebtedness, whether outstanding on the date of execution of this Indenture or hereafter created, assumed or incurred, to the extent such Indebtedness by its terms ranks pari passu with and not junior to or prior or senior to the Securities in the right of payment upon the happening of the dissolution, winding-up, liquidation or reorganization of the Corporation, and (ii) all other debt securities, and guarantees in respect of those debt securities, issued to any trust other than the Trust, or a trustee of such trust, partnership or other entity affiliated with the Corporation, that is a financing vehicle of the Corporation (a "financing entity") in connection with the issuance by such financing entity of equity securities or other securities guaranteed by the Corporation pursuant to an instrument that ranks pari passu with or junior in right of payment to the Capital Securities Guarantee. The securing of any Indebtedness otherwise constituting Indebtedness Ranking on a Parity with the Securities shall not be deemed to prevent such Indebtedness from constituting Indebtedness Ranking on a Parity with the Securities with respect to any assets of the Corporation not securing such Indebtedness.
Indebtedness Ranking on a Parity with the Securities means Indebtedness for Money Borrowed, whether outstanding on the date of execution of this Indenture or hereafter created, assumed or incurred, which specifically by its terms ranks equally with and not prior to the Securities in the right of payment upon the happening of any dissolution or winding up or liquidation or reorganization of the Company. The securing of any Indebtedness for Money Borrowed of the Company, otherwise constituting Indebtedness Ranking on a Parity with the Securities, shall not be deemed to prevent such Indebtedness for Money Borrowed from constituting Indebtedness Ranking on a Parity with the Securities.
Indebtedness Ranking on a Parity with the Securities means (i) Indebtedness, whether outstanding on the date of execution of this Indenture or hereafter created, assumed or incurred, to the extent such indebtedness specifically by its terms ranks equally with and not prior to the Securities in the right of payment upon the happening of any dissolution or winding up or liquidation or reorganization of the Company, and (ii) all other debt securities, and guarantees in respect of those debt securities, issued to any trust other than Argo Capital Trust Co., or a trustee of such trust, partnership or other entity affiliated with the Company that is a financing vehicle of the Company (a "financing entity") in connection with the issuance by such financing entity of equity securities or other securities guaranteed by the Company pursuant to an instrument that ranks pari passu with or junior in right of payment to the Capital Securities Guarantee. The securing of any Indebtedness, otherwise constituting Indebtedness Ranking on a Parity with the Securities, shall not be deemed to prevent such Indebtedness from constituting Indebtedness Ranking on a Parity with the Securities.

The securing of any Indebtedness, otherwise constituting Indebtedness Ranking on a Parity with the Securities, shall not be deemed to prevent such Indebtedness from constituting Indebtedness Ranking on a Parity with the Securities.
Indebtedness Ranking on a Parity with the Securities means any obligation of the Company which ranks equally with and not senior to the Securities in right of payment upon the occurrence of any insolvency, receivership, conservatorship, reorganization, readjustment of debt, marshalling of assets and liabilities or similar proceedings or any liquidation or winding-up of or relating to the Company as a whole, whether voluntary or involuntary.
