Indemnified Supplier definition

Indemnified Supplier has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(b).

Indemnified Supplier has the meaning set forth in Section 12.1(b). Independent Credit Requirement or ICR means an amount per Tranche required as security under Section 6.3, to mitigate the risk to the Companies of Energy price movements between the date of an Early Termination caused by an Event of Default by a XXXX Supplier and the date the final calculation of Default Damages owing to the Companies under Section 5.2(c) is made. Independent Credit Threshold or ICT means an amount of credit, based on the creditworthiness of a XXXX Supplier or its Guarantor, if applicable, determined pursuant to Section 6.4, granted by the Companies to such XXXX Supplier to be applied towards the satisfaction of such XXXX Supplier's Independent Credit Requirement.
