Indemnified Supplier has the meaning set forth in Section 12.1(b). Independent Credit Requirement or ICR means an amount per Tranche required as security under Section 6.3, to mitigate the risk to the Companies of Energy price movements between the date of an Early Termination caused by an Event of Default by a XXXX Supplier and the date the final calculation of Default Damages owing to the Companies under Section 5.2(c) is made. Examples of Indemnified Supplier in a sentence

  • Upon payment of any Losses by Company pursuant to Section 11.2 (Indemnification of Supplier) or other similar indemnity provisions contained herein to or on behalf of Supplier, Company, without any further action, shall be subrogated to any and all claims that an Indemnified Supplier Party may have relating thereto.
