PJM means PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. or any successor organization thereto. PJM Agreements means the PJM OATT, PJM Operating Agreement, PJM RAA and any other applicable PJM manuals or documents, or any successor, superseding or amended versions thereof that may take effect from time to time.

Examples of XXXX Supplier in a sentence

  • If the XXXX Supplier is rated by three rating agencies, and the ratings are split, the lower of the two highest ratings will be used; provided that, in the event that the two highest ratings are common, such common rating will be used.

  • If the XXXX Supplier is rated by only two rating agencies, and the ratings are split, the higher rating will be used.

  • If applicable, each Billing Month the XXXX Supplier will prepare a statement of interest amounts due from the Companies.

  • The Independent Credit Requirement (“ICR”) per Tranche (“ICRT”) that will be required of the XXXX Supplier under this Agreement will initially be $1,800,000 per Tranche and will decline throughout the Term in accordance with the schedule set forth on Appendix B-1.
