XXXX Supplier has the meaning set forth in the preamble. PJM means PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. or any successor organization thereto. PJM Agreements means the PJM OATT, PJM Operating Agreement, PJM RAA and any other applicable PJM manuals or documents, or any successor, superseding or amended versions thereof that may take effect from time to time.

Examples of XXXX Supplier in a sentence

  • If the XXXX Supplier is rated by three rating agencies, and the ratings are split, the lower of the two highest ratings will be used; provided that, in the event that the two highest ratings are common, such common rating will be used.

  • Fuel supplier means an entity supplying fuel to the market that is responsible for passing fuel through an excise duty point or, in the case of electricity or where no excise is due or where duly justified, any other relevant entity designated by a Member State;
