Indenture Trustee Documents definition

Indenture Trustee Documents means the Participation Agreement and the Trust Indenture.
Indenture Trustee Documents shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.13(a) hereof.
Indenture Trustee Documents means the Participation Agreement, the Trust Indenture and the French Pledge Agreement and any other agreements between the Indenture Trustee and any other party to the Participation Agreement relating to the Transactions, delivered on the Delivery Date.
